BIZ 101: Essentials of Appian Enterprise
BIZ 101 introduces users to the essentials of Appian Enterprise, including key terminology and primary features, through hands on exercises. Participants in this day-long course will be taught to use Appian Enterprise for task management and reporting, simple process design, process execution and monitoring, and content, document, and team management. BIZ 101 is a prerequisite for all other Appian courses.

PRCS 201: Process Design with Appian Enterprise
PRCS 201 trains modelers to design, implement, and manage processes on Appian Enterprise using examples and exercises. The course covers the basic components, terminology, and features of the Appian Enterprise BPM Suite, with a focus on Appian Process and the Appian Design Methodology. Participants will also learn to identify areas where Appian Enterprise can be leveraged for additional ROI.

PRCS 202: Appian Enterprise Process Design Workshop
PRCS 202 trains modelers to create advanced business processes using real business cases. Participants will also learn about best practices and standard conventions in Process Design.

ADM 201: Operation and Maintenance of Appian Enterprise
ADM 201 will train individuals to install, configure, and administer an Appian Enterprise solution, including pre- and post-installation configuration, and various operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. Participants in this four-day course will learn how to maintain content, users, teams and departments, documents, and business processes.

DEV 301: Developing on the Appian Enterprise Platform
DEV 301 will train software developers to create new applications and integrate existing apps into Appian Enterprise using the Software Developer's Kit (SDK). Participants in this five-day, hands-on course will be taught to customize and extend the Appian Enterprise interface and develop applications for typical functions using standard Appian Enterprise API and third-party API.

CERT 401: Appian Certified Developer Exam
CERT 401 is a three-day certification exam for participants to demonstrate that they have acquired the breadth and depth of skills and knowledge necessary to work on complex development tasks with the Appian Enterprise BPM platform. Students will be tested on topics covered in BIZ 101, PRCS 201, and DEV 301 through written questions and hands-on exercises, and upon passing will attain Appian Certified Developer status.
